Ingredients
  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 1/2 white cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • Pepper
  • Fresh chervil or coriander
  • 1 low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of Meaux mustard
Instructions
  1. Thinly slice the cabbages using a food processor.

  2. Leave the white cabbage raw and blanch the red by soaking it for 2 minutes in boiling water and immediately running it under cold water.

  3. Wash and brush the carrots under cold running water and roughly grate them.

  4. Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.

  5. Prepare the sauce by adding a large spoonful of Meaux mustard, a spoonful of coriander seeds and pepper to the yogurt.

  6. Mix everything in a salad bowl and sprinkle with chervil leaves or fresh coriander.
