  • 1 slice of salmon
  • 2 sole fillets (or another type of fish)
  • 2 scallops
  • 100 grams of shrimp
  • 1 lettuce
  • 100 grams of 0% fat cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Crushed pepper
Instructions
  1. Clean the scallops.

  2. Poach the fish (5 minutes) and seafood (3 minutes) for a few minutes in a court-bouillon with fresh bouquet garni and crushed pepper.

  3. Shell the shrimp.

  4. Clean and cut the scallops into strips before cooking them.
