Ingredients
  • 300 grams of bean sprouts
  • 200 grams button mushrooms
  • 4 leaves of Chinese cabbage or, alternatively, white cabbage
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • 300 grams of crab meat
  • 1 ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon of tamari or soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Rinse the bean sprouts under running water.

  2. Wash and slice the button mushrooms, using a food processor with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.

  3. Wash and brush the carrots, then grate them with a food processor.

  4. Cut the cabbage into thin strips, peel and grate the ginger, or use a teaspoon of ginger powder as an alternative.

  5. Mix all the vegetables with the crab meat, previously cooked in court-bouillon (you can ask your fishmonger to prepare it), and season with a drizzle of soy sauce.

  6. You can preferentially use tofu sauce instead.
