  • 50 grams tome cheese (20% fat), grated (Alternatively, 50g grated Gruyère cheese)
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
    Prepare Aubergines:
  1. Cut the aubergines into slices.

  2. Quickly brown them in a non-stick pan.

  3. Prepare Cheese Filling:
  4. Use a food processor to mix the egg, cottage cheese, half of the grated tome cheese, oregano, pepper, and nutmeg.

  5. Prepare Tomato Sauce:
  6. Peel and finely chop the onions.

  7. Peel and mince the garlic.
